I discuss my recent battle with communication and leadership. We all strive to become better versions of ourselves. To find authenticity in a world where that is hard to come by. I understand everyone feels apprehensive, defensive, scared, alone, anxious and a whole slew of other emotions. In order to better control how we react to these messages, or better yet, respond, we must first put ourselves through some challenging spaces. Ones that may question our competence and behaviors. I share a recent experience where I had to do just that. I share my result and how I hope to be better prepared in the future.
